InterContinental Shanghai Jing' An by IHG

The room was very well appointed. Reception staff very good. Jade restaurant was exceptional.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Generally speaking, the service was irreproachable. The lobby and the common facilities are stunning. The rooms are spacious, reasonably soundproof and well stocked. Hongqiao airport is accessible within 35 minutes.

Beautiful lobby, delicious breakfast, staff are amazing especially Mr. King, he recommends us restaurant for dinner, which was perfect and helped us with all our requests while we were at the hotel. Thanks for such a professional and high-quality staff.

Jing'an Intercontinental is ideally located, close to Shanghai Railway Station, two subway stops away from Renguang, and convenient transportation... The hotel is fully equipped, with a gym and a swimming pool. The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk Jane is enthusiastic.

This is not my first 5 star hotel. But this is my first review. This hotel impressed me from the first step I walked in until I walked out. Convenient, clean, comfortable and all staffs included housekeeper service was very good
